Regular Mass Schedule

REVISED LENTEN AND HOLY WEEK SCHEDULE

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF SOCIAL DISTANCING

-Through Lent to Wednesday, April 8th Eucharistic Adoration in the church; Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm; Sunday from 8:00am to 2:00pm

-On Palm Sunday (April 5th), Eucharistic adoration from 8:00am to 2:00pm; no palms will be distributed due to the threat of transmitting the virus.  Palms will be stored in refrigeration and distributed at a later date.

-On Holy Thursday (April 9th), Altar of Repose will be set up in church from noon to 7:00pm for private prayer.

-On Good Friday (April 10th), veneration of the cross in the church from 12 noon till 6:00pm.  There will be no touching or kissing of the cross due to the threat of spreading the virus, only silent prayer (cross will be set up in such a way to not be accessible).

CANCELLED – On Holy Saturday (April 11th) blessing of the food baskets by Dcn. Franz in the parking lot (stay in your car – drive by) from 10:00am to 11:00am).  Church will be closed, no adoration.

-On Easter Sunday (April 12th), Eucharistic Adoration in the church from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

Dear Friends – Due to the unchecked spread of the Corona Virus in Michigan, specifically Southeast Michigan; the decision has been made that effective immediately St. Michael will be closed starting tomorrow April 3rd.

Adoration and all Parish Holy Week events are CANCELLED. We will remain closed until such time as it is safe to return to church and worship together. Keep up with us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/stmichaelcc/) and the St. Michael Website, we will continue to post Homilies, our online Messenger and any other important information.
